01 Eligibility

CliniKnow is available only to licensed allopathic physicians (MBBS, MD, DM, MS, MCh, DNB) practising in India. By creating an account you warrant that you hold a current registration with the Medical Council of India or a State Medical Council / National Medical Commission.

Not for use in the EU/EEA. The service is calibrated for Indian practice patterns and is not offered to users located in the European Union or European Economic Area.

02 Your account

Access during the pilot is by invitation. Accounts are provisioned by CliniKnow after verifying your NMC / State Medical Council registration number and licensed-physician status. Accounts may be spot-verified.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

03 Acceptable use

You agree to use CliniKnow solely as a professional reference for your own clinical practice. You must not:

  • Share your account or allow non-physicians to use it;
  • Use the tool for any patient-facing or self-diagnosis purpose;
  • Attempt to bypass safety guardrails or submit non-clinical content;
  • Resell, scrape, or build a competing product from outputs.

04 No patient-identifiable information

Do not enter patient names, MRNs, contact details, Aadhaar, or any identifying information. Submit only de-identified clinical descriptions. You are responsible for ensuring queries contain no personal data of any patient.

05 Nature of the service

CliniKnow helps you find and reference what published medical guidelines say. It returns a textual reference document that you read and act upon at your sole discretion. It does not diagnose patients, write prescriptions, or integrate with any clinical system, and it is not a medical device under CDSCO, the US FDA, the EU MDR, or any other regime.

06 No warranty

The service is provided "as is." Outputs are generated by an AI system and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Guideline citations, drug doses, and contraindications must be independently verified against primary sources before any clinical decision is made. The guideline registry has a review date; guidance published after it may not be reflected.

07 Limitation of liability

You retain full clinical responsibility for every decision you make. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CliniKnow and its developers bear no liability for clinical decisions made on the basis of any output, and accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss.

08 Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the CliniKnow system, prompts, guideline registry, and codebase. You retain rights in the case descriptions you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process those descriptions to operate and improve the service.

09 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected misuse, or to protect patients or the integrity of the pilot. You may close your account at any time from your profile.
