Why we built it

The guidance a doctor needs is scattered across dozens of guidelines — Indian, WHO, US and EU. CliniKnow brings them into one place you can search, so the right reference is seconds away, not buried in a PDF. Free, not-for-profit, and built in India for Indian practice.

How it works

From a patient case to a cited answer, in four steps.

Step 01

Describe the case

Type age, sex, presenting complaint, relevant labs and negatives — then choose pre-diagnosis or management.

Step 02

Search the guidelines

CliniKnow searches the top US, EU, India, and WHO guidelines at once — never the open web.

Step 03

Read a structured answer

A differential with full- and partial-fit reasoning, treatment options with contraindications, pros, cons and monitoring — and when to choose what.

Step 04

Verify at the source

Every answer cites the guidelines it drew from, so you can open the original and read further.

Where the guidance comes from

Built on guidelines you already trust.

International US & EU societies, WHO

Specialty-society guidelines and WHO guidance widely referenced in practice across medicine.

National India — ICMR, MoHFW & more

Indian national guidance, so recommendations reflect local context where it matters.

Always cited

Every answer is synthesised across multiple guidelines per question and shows exactly which ones it drew from. Nothing is invented from the open web — and you can open any source to read it in full.

The source library expands through the pilot as we add specialties and the guidelines clinicians ask for most.

Who it's for

Made for doctors — and only doctors.

Access is verified against your medical registration number. CliniKnow is a professional reference tool, not a consumer health app.

For

Junior doctors wanting a senior, guideline-backed view fast.
Senior doctors checking the latest recommendations.
Physicians referencing something outside their specialty.

Not for

Patients or caregivers seeking medical advice.
Self-diagnosis or self-treatment of any kind.
A replacement for your own judgment or the primary source.

A reference tool — not a substitute for judgment.

CliniKnow helps you find and reference what the guidelines say. It does not direct care, and it is not a replacement for your own clinical assessment.

  • AI can make mistakes — always verify against the linked primary source before acting.
  • Recommendations may not fit every patient; the responsibility for care remains yours.
  • In an emergency, follow your local protocols — don't wait on a search.
